Recipe for Mississippi Lil Smokies

Ingredients:

  • 28 ounces Lil Smokies cocktail sausages
  • 12 ounces beef gravy (from a jar)
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • ½ cup pepperoncini peppers
  • ¼ cup juice from the pepperoncini jar

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Slow Cooker:
  2. Add the Lil Smokies cocktail sausages to the slow cooker.
  3. Make the Sauce:
  4. In a medium bowl, whisk together the beef gravy, ranch seasoning mix, and ¼ cup of pepperoncini juice until smooth.
  5. Combine Ingredients:
  6. Pour the gravy mixture over the sausages in the slow cooker. Top with the pepperoncini peppers.
  7. Cook:
  8. Stir everything together to coat the sausages evenly. Cover the slow cooker with the lid and cook on low for 4 hours.
  9. Serve:
  10. Once cooked, transfer the sausages to a serving dish or keep them warm in the slow cooker. Serve with toothpicks for an easy, shareable appetizer.
